OTA License Pricing

An individual license entitles the owner to run 3 tournaments per year using the OTA.  The one-time software right-to-use license is $300.   Annual maintenance, which entitles you to free updates each season as well as email support, is $50 per year. 

If you run more than 3 tournaments a year, you may qualify as an Escape Sports Partner.  Please contact us to explore this option further.

The Essentials

The OTA allows you to setup and run typical line-bracketed tournaments.  Bracket sizes include 4,8,16,32 and 64, as well as 3,4,5 and 6 wrestler round-robin formats.  A variety of consolation formats are supported including full double elimination, single elimination, SF losers only, and many more.

You can manage up to 10 “divisions” within the same tournament and division names are specified by you (e.g., 8 & Under, 10 & Under, Varsity, Jr. High, Bantam, Midget, Cadet).

A variety of standard bout sheets are provided using high school and college standards.

Bout numbering is as simple as you want to be or as complex as you need it to be.  The OTA includes a “Silent Tourney” bout numbering feature that you can use to keep weights on the same mat all day.

Results management couldn’t be easier.  Our copyrighted Tourney Control Dashboard innovation makes it easy to see where you’ve been and where you’re going.  Experienced OTA users can enter between 20 and 30 bout results a minute.

NFHS and NCAA rulebook team-scoring are supported as well as “Custom” scoring you can specify.
